We are looking for applicants who have recently completed a T Level Technical Qualification in Engineering and Manufacturing. You don’t have to have any prior experience, just be curious, motivated and eager to join our team.

Since I joined First Circle 5 years ago as I started my apprenticeship with a local college, I feel that my skillset has been constantly growing and becoming better day by day. Our workforce is full of very talented individuals and to be around them every day and picking the knowledge from their brains has helped me so much early on in my career. When you feel support from everyone around you it makes the workplace so much better and easier to work in.
