The plastics we work with.

HDPE, PET and their recycled equivalents. We have produced bottles with an rHDPE inclusion rate of up to 50% since pioneering Post-Consumer rHDPE development in 2008, creating a sustainable circular economy for bottle production.

  • HDPE

    HDPE resin identification code

    High-Density Polyethylene

    A strong lightweight thermoplastic, widely used for milk bottles, detergent bottles and several industrial containers. Available dependent on MOQ and subject to customers’ requirements.

  • rHDPE

    Recycled HDPE

    Food grade recycled HDPE, with a minimum of 30% recycled material content, and up to 100%.

  • PET

    PET resin identification code

    Polyethylene Terephthalate

    A strong, lightweight, clear material, widely used for packaging food and liquids. Available in colours dependent on MOQ.

  • R-PET

    Recycled PET

    Food grade recycled PET, with a minimum of 30% recycled material content and up to 100% subject to customer requirements.

We deliver design, implementation and production either centrally at our own sites or inside our customers’ filling sites. The implant approach reduces overall footprint and environmental impact while providing a more efficient service.

Bespoke pack design backed by sophisticated CAD/CAM software and finite element analysis.
Implementation
Tooling, line set-up and ramp-up at your premises or ours, with our team alongside yours.
Production
High-volume blow moulding at four UK and Ireland sites, plus implant capacity inside customers’ filling halls.
Ongoing service
Forecasting, scheduling, delivery and technical support, treated as part of the partnership rather than an extra.

    Understand the brief

    We sit with you to understand the pack, the line, the volumes and the markets it has to perform in.

  2. 02

    Model and evaluate

    CAD/CAM modelling and finite element analysis on shape, size and functionality. Iterated until the pack is right.

  3. 03

    Prototype and test

    Prototype tooling, real-world top-load, drop and fill testing, then sign-off before tooling investment.

    Ramp to volume

    Production line set-up, ramp-up and ongoing forecasting, scheduling and delivery owned by us alongside you.
