    Chief Executive Officer

    Chris leads the strategic direction of First Circle Packaging, ensuring the business continues to operate effectively while balancing innovation, investment and long term growth.

    Amina oversees the financial direction of the business, managing performance, forecasting and targets to help keep the company on track and ready for future growth.

    In addition to being UK sales manager, Mark also leads our dairy business, supporting new projects, product trials and existing customer accounts. He plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.

    Claire focuses on industrial and wider non-dairy markets, helping expand our reach beyond our traditional sectors. With over 38 years of packaging industry experience, she brings valuable expertise to the continued growth of the business.

    Stephen supports the growth of our industrial operations, using his experience in plastic packaging and moulding to identify new opportunities, specifically in relation to bespoke and custom moulded projects.

    Ann-Marie supports the day to day needs of our valued customers, from new orders and account queries to general customer communication. She is often one of the first points of contact for our partners.

    Site Director, Newport Pagnell

    Marcin first joined the business in 2005 and has developed extensive knowledge of both the company and the wider industry. Today, he leads our largest site at our Newport Pagnell headquarters.

    Site Director, Livingston

    Martin has led our Livingston site in Scotland, since its launch in 2019 following the move from our former Stirling operation. Having been with the business since 2015, his site knowledge, leadership and customer relationships are vital to the business.

    Jody McCullogh

    Site Director, Ballitore & Pennybridge

    Jody manages our Irish operations across both Ballitore and Pennybridge sites. Having worked with the business since 2010 across many operational and technical roles, he brings vast site knowledge and hands on experience to the running of both locations.
